We are not simply looking for experience; bwe want someone capable of imagining new possibilities and turning them into concrete AI-based solutions that deliver positive and tangible business impact. /b /p pThe ideal candidate will play a key role in defining the AI roadmap, contributing creativity and vision to the adoption of scalable and innovative solutions, in close collaboration with the Security department and all business functions. /p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liIdentify innovation opportunities based on AI (Gen AI / AI / ML) across production, logistics, administrative, and commercial processes, assessing potential ROI. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into operational workflows. /li liContribute to defining the AI strategy and roadmap. /li liDefine Proofs of Concept (POCs), supervise development, testing, and deployment of solutions, ensuring quality, security, and compliance; measure results and compare them with expected outcomes. /li liManage the rollout and scaling of POCs across the Group. /li liManage technology vendors and partners for the adoption of AI tools and frameworks. /li liMonitor KPIs and ROI of implemented AI solutions. /li liPrepare technical and functional documentation. /li liCoordinate training and awareness initiatives on the responsible use of artificial intelligence. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liExperience in AI-related projects within corporate or consulting environments. /li liKnowledge of Gen AI, AI/ML technologies, computer vision, and generative models. /li liFamiliarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps tools. /li liKnowledge of data governance, security, and compliance topics. /li liExperience integrating AI solutions with other systems (ERP, BI, and IT infrastructure). /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liPragmatic approach to innovation with a strong focus on measurable impact. /li liAnalytical skills and strategic vision. /li liTeam-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across functions. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pSTEM degree. /p h3Languages /h3 pExcellent command of English (written and spoken). /p h3Availability /h3 pWillingness to travel to national and international company sites when required. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
