Your daily work includes
* Build, mentor, and develop a diverse team while managing process excellence and driving operational improvements.
* Encourage creativity in virtual and technology‑enabled selling approaches.
* Collaborate with broader field sales teams and support functions to enhance customer relationships.
* Coach team members on account planning, efficient sales activities, and revenue growth.
* Follow external industry trends in Inside Sales, Virtual Selling, digital communications, and team collaboration.
About You
* Strong team‑leadership and coaching experience.
* Motivated to be part of an innovative setup and to manage a high‑performing team.
* Passion for Siemens technology, products, and services in industrial automation and digitalization (e.g., SIMATIC, SINAMICS, TIA Portal, Industrial Edge).
* Expertise in virtual selling, including digital engagement, virtual communication, and social media use, to deliver outstanding customer experience.
* Excellent listening, open communication style, and ability to convey excitement over phone or video calls.
* Data‑analytics mindset and strong performance‑driving skills.
* Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory; proficiency in Swiss German, German, or French is a plus.
* Passion for continuous growth.
* Respect and appreciation for each person’s uniqueness, with a willingness to co‑create and share knowledge.
* Eligibility to work in Italy.
