PpSenior HR Business Partner Italy /p pFor a multinational company, FB sector, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner Italy to act as a trusted advisor to leaders and Primos, supporting the business across the full employee lifecycle and helping build an inclusive, high-performing culture. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with line and business managers, providing day-to-day HR support, coaching and guidance on performance, development, employee relations and team effectiveness. /li liDeliver HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and HR plans. /li liEnsure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with employment legislation. /li liCollaborate with HR and business teams to deliver a responsive, forward-thinking HR service. /li liSupport payroll activities through accurate monthly inputs to the Shared Service Center (BES). /liliContribute to talent, succession and development processes aligned with business priorities. /li liSupport compensation, engagement and culture-building initiatives. /li liAssist organizational change programs, onboarding and recruitment processes. /li liManage HR administration, documentation, audits, vendors and data accuracy. /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 ul li7+ years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational environment /li liBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. /li liStrong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. /li liHigh attention to detail, sound judgment and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office with strong analytical capabilities. /li liFluent English. /li /ul h3Personal Qualities /h3 ul liStrong ability to create a sense of belonging and engagement. /li liHigh self-awareness and people agility. /li liResults-driven, adaptable and comfortable navigating change. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
