Your key responsibilities include: /pulliTaking ownership of dispatched customer issues. /liliSupporting resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and site services. /liliSupporting the RFM/PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services. /liliDelivering support and service solutions for our customers. /liliPerforming all onsite installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance, testing, upgrades, or rework activities. /liliFollowing operational procedures, processes, and practices as defined and documented. /liliAdhering to health and safety instructions and regulations. /liliEnsuring up-to-date documentation, work instructions, and processes for existing and upcoming service contracts. /liliProviding feedback through service reports and suggesting corrective actions. /liliSupporting onsite resources (FSE and SP) during commissioning and services. /liliParticipating in claim management and RMA processes. /liliManaging service tools and ensuring calibration. /liliTaking on call duties, including weekends and nights. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3pTo excel in this role, you should have: /pulliEducation as Electrical Technician or Engineer, with knowledge of ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage, electrical conduits, etc. /liliItalian English skills at least B2 level. /liliExperience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial. /liliExperience dealing with customers in critical situations. /liliA valid driving license. /liliHS training for electrical construction site access. /liliWillingness to work on call and travel 60% of the time. /li /ulh3Why us? /h3pEnergy is the focus of this decade!
