in the search for an
Export Manager
to develop key
European markets.

The role You will be responsible for developing sales across selected European markets — including Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, and potentially Eastern Europe.
The exact markets will be defined based on your background, network, and language skills.
The role is strongly focused on new
business development, with roughly
two weeks of travel per month,
and close collaboration with the internal sales team in Italy.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you’ll take the lead in building
new relationships, identifying
growth opportunities, and driving the company’s
international expansion.
Key responsibilities Develop business in assigned export markets, focusing on flexible packaging clients Identify, visit, and secure new customers and distributors Manage relationships with existing international accounts Monitor market trends and competitors Collaborate with customer service and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements Proven sales experience in
flexible or plastic packaging Fluency in
Italian,
English,
French
and/or
German ; any additional languagewill be considered a plus Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to
develop markets
almost from scratch Open to regular
travel
(approx. 50%)
