Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
- Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
- Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
- Computer skills including software's and tools
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
Please note that non-EU residents must have a valid work permit in Bulgaria to be considered for employment.
