Castello di Casole, a Belmond property, is looking for the 2025 season a Maître Banquettista.
The Maître Banquettista is responsible for overseeing the smooth execution and profitability of banqueting events, ensuring that all functions meet our high standards and procedures. He or she guarantees guest satisfaction by coordinating food, beverage, and service offerings while maintaining seamless communication with both guests and colleagues. Recognizing that tourism is, above all, about people, the ability to build relationships is essential.

Requirements
* Communication Skills: Clearly and appropriately communicates (both verbally and non-verbally), taking ownership of interactions and ensuring smooth information flow within the business.

Qualification and Professional Background:
* Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is preferred (Spanish, French, or German).
* Experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality at an international level.
* Preferred certifications in gastronomy, hospitality management, or sommelier training.
