We are looking for a resource to join our team to support the implementation and optimization of the HR Workday system or, alternatively, the INAZ platform.
Main responsibilities:
- Support in the configuration and implementation activities of the HR system (Workday or INAZ)
- Management of existing HR processes and proposal of improvement solutions
- Collaboration with internal teams and technical partners
Requirements:
- Preferable previous experience in Workday or INAZ implementation projects
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving orientation
- Advanced knowledge of the English language (C1 level)
- Good interpersonal skills and team working attitude
