Contribute to the development of new electric motor technologies and solutionsCreate analytical and numerical models for motor analysis and designSupport the prototyping process, suppliers certifications and production institutes approvalsPlan, execute, and analyze laboratory tests for performance validation and product certificationAssist in software validation related to motor control and system integrationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including electronics, mechanics, and product compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field focused on electrical machinesKnowledge of electric motor operation, design principles, and performance metricsExperience with engineering software tools (e.g., Ansys, Motor-CAD, MATLAB/Simulink, Maxwell, or similar)Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
