Direct Manager Controller Manager A&CT Main responsibilities - Carry out on a regular basis business performance analyses, analyzing variances from Budget/Forecast /PY - Identifiy and suggest actions to support Management for the achievement of performance targets - Partecipate to monthly Business Reviews together with Management - Proactively support the production of annual budgets and forecasts for the area of responsibility - Prepare monthly reporting packages for the area of responsibility - Perform ad hoc analyses and controlling tasks Title of study, experience and other knowledge required - Technical skills - Understand business models and build business plans - Work cross - functional, close to business and customers with a solid Business Partner attitude - Analytical thinking, ability to understand issues, interpret data, draw conclusions and provide guidelines - Ability to design and measure KPIs, with specific focus on the P/L, B/S and C/F - Accountability, keeping with deadlines and quality standards (accuracy, consistency with policies and guidelines ) - Ability to prioritize activities, work with flexibility and handle stress - Ability to coordinate, motivate, manage Junior Controller(s) - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent English - Degree in Business Administration - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills - Strong interpersonal, relationship building and customer service skills - Strong problem-solving capabilities; creative - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment along with possessing strong organizational skills - Business acumen (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) - Lean or Continuous Improvement experience a plus - Fluent in English - French language a plus Soft skills - Age 35-40
