To consolidate our structure, we are looking for a Project Manager who is highly motivated to join a dynamic and challenging environment.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all activities necessary to achieve project objectives, using key project management methodologies and techniques, with the support of a cross-functional team.
The role will also involve:
* Regularly updating senior management on the project's status, focusing on achieved deliverables;
* Managing communication with all stakeholders;
* Preparing summary documentation with a focus on improving the business processes in use.
The ideal profile possesses:
* Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Management Engineering;
* PMP certification;
* At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in structured companies. Experience in the components industry is a plus;
* A solid foundation in mechanics and/or electronics;
* Fluency in English is a must;
* Excellent planning and time management skills;
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage priorities;
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, sales, operations, etc.);
* Effective communication and negotiation skills, strong goal orientation, and the ability to work well in teams.
