Assist the HRBP in day‐to‐day operations, focusing on data analysis and process optimisation.Update and maintain internal HR files and documents, ensuring accuracy.Regularly update and maintain HR databases.Implement and monitor local HR‐sponsored projects.Provide general support and gather employee requests as a primary backup in the HRBP's absence.Support the management of monthly employee timesheets.Contribute to arranging internal communications.Occasionally drive and own small projects or parts of wider projects, aligned with direct supervisor's guidance.
Your profile
Holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree or has completed postgraduate courses in Human Resources, Law, Organizational Psychology, or Economics.Possesses very good communication skills (written and oral) in both Italian and English (C1).Has legal authorisation to work in Italy.Demonstrates accuracy, strong organisational skills, and a high‐quality result‐oriented approach.Maintains a high level of discretion and confidentiality.Exhibits the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‐paced environment.Maintains a proactive attitude.
