Scorra verso il basso per leggere la descrizione completa.The company headquarters is located in Bolzano, Northern Italy, at the plant formerly owned by Lancia, a renowned manufacturer of industrial vehicles founded in 1937.IDV boasts an independent internal structure entirely dedicated to research and development, with full access to the company's extensive engineering resourcesProfessional opportunity- Lead development of Common Rail Fuel Systems and Engine integration into Vehicles; - Take responsibility for project execution according GPDP during Design Reviews and Product development; - Lead creation of3D&2D drawings, incorporating manufacturing and product engineering requirements; - Lead generation of all engineering/quality documentation, manage internal and external suppliers through part procurement and support onsite prototype builds and physical testing; - Support components sourcing and manufacturing strategies in collaboration with Purchasing and Manufacturing organizations.Background and experiences- Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering- Deep experience in Fuel Systems High Pressure & Low Pressure; Fuel Filtration and Powerpack integration- Minimum 5 Years experience in Diesel Engine Design Engineering- SFMEA; DFMEA; PFMEA; SOR; APQP; PPAP; GPDP- PQC; KPC; GD&T ; ASME ; Relevant Competences- Proven experience as fuel systems & subsystems lead on development, validation and release; - Ensure that product complies with the system requirements, from concept to industrialization and serial xivgfpx production; - In-depth understanding of applied design, materials, controls and manufacturing processes; - Strong GD&T & KCDS application experience to drive component release; - Cross-functionaltechnical interface with virtual validation, manufacturing, cost engineering, purchasing, quality, testing and operations departments; Soft Skills- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and in complex; - Solid analyticaland organizational skills; - Proficient in both English and Italian language.
