PpLangley Banack, Inc. is seeking qualified attorneys to join our legal team across several practice areas. /p h3Labor and Employment Attorney /h3 pbLocation: /b San Antonio, Texasbr/bJob Type: /b Full‑time /p pbJob Summary: /b We are seeking an experienced and strategic Labor Employment Attorney to counsel employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including compliance, litigation, internal investigations, labor relations, and workplace policy development. This role requires strong advocacy skills, a deep understanding of state and federal employment laws, and the ability to offer practical, business‑oriented solutions to complex workplace issues. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdvise clients on employment‑related legal issues including hiring, discipline, termination, discrimination, wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, and workplace safety. /li liRepresent employers in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB. /li liDraft and review employment contracts, separation agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies. /li liConduct internal investigations and assist clients with responding to employee complaints and regulatory inquiries. /li liStay current with evolving labor and employment laws and provide training to clients on compliance and best practices. /li liCollaborate with clients to proactively manage legal risk and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. /li liActive license to practice law and in good standing in Texas. /li li2–7+ years of labor and employment law experience, preferably in a law firm or in‑house environment. /li liStrong litigation and negotiation skills. /li liExcellent analytical, communication, and client counseling abilities. /li liProven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously. /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications. /li liAnnual performance‑based bonuses. /li liComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. /li li401(k) with employer match. /li liPaid time off and continuing legal education (CLE) support. /li /ul h3Corporate Attorney (Partner‑level) /h3 pbLocation: /b San Antonio, Texasbr/bJob Type: /b Full‑time /p h3Required Experience and Qualifications /h3 ul liExpertise in commercial law. /li liComprehensive understanding of corporate and business law. /li liExperience in mergers acquisitions, corporate governance, capital raises, corporate reorganizations, and complex entity structures. /li liStrong analytical and negotiation skills. /li li2+ years of legal experience. /li liLicensed in the State of Texas. /li /ul h3Salary /h3 ul liSalary and benefits commensurate with experience. /li /ul h3Bankruptcy Collections Attorney /h3 pbLocation: /b San Antonio, Texasbr/bJob Type: /b Full‑time /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRepresent creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. /li liDraft and file pleadings, motions, proofs of claim, and objections. /li liAttend court hearings, creditor meetings (341 meetings), and mediations. /li liManage a portfolio of accounts and develop legal strategies for debt recovery. /li liNegotiate settlements, stipulations, and payment agreements. /li liPerform legal research and stay updated on bankruptcy law developments. /li liCommunicate with clients, trustees, opposing counsel, and court personnel. /li liEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and ethical standards. /li liMaintain accurate records and timely reporting of case status and outcomes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. /li liLicensed to practice law and in good standing in Texas. /li li2–5+ years of experience in bankruptcy and/or collections law. /li liStrong understanding of creditor’s rights and the Bankruptcy Code. /li liExcellent analytical, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. /li liProficiency with case management software and legal research tools. /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive salary commensurate with experience. /li liBonus structure based on performance. /li liHealth, dental, and vision insurance. /li li401(k). /li liPaid time off and professional development opportunities. /li /ul pWe invite you to submit your cover letter and resume using our online application portal.
