Requirements What You Bring: Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Boutique Assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a luxury retail or hospitality environment. Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A confident, proactive, and courteous personality with a strong client focus. Fluent in Italian and English. Additional languages are a strong advantage. The ability to stand for extended periods and a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
