Electrical Debugging Technician
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for on-site/off-site equipment assembly, troubleshooting electrical issues during assembly, and proposing improvement solutions.
2.Perform equipment debugging to ensure smooth operation without jamming, meeting design speed and load requirements.
3.Compile assembly records and debugging reports for future production or maintenance reference.
4.Train new employees or operators, imparting electrical assembly and debugging skills.
5.Conduct self-inspection and peer inspection during assembly, documenting critical data.
6.Communicate assembly challenges with electrical engineers, provide feedback on design or process rationality, and drive design optimization.
Job Requirements:
1.Associate degree or higher in electrical engineering, automation, or related fields; preference given to candidates with 5+ years of experience in non-standard automation equipment assembly and debugging.
2.Proficient in non-standard automation equipment assembly and debugging processes; familiar with electrical and mechanical structures, transmission systems, and optimization; capable of planning assembly units based on process flows to ensure equipment precision and stability.
3.Strong communication skills, efficient problem-solving and analytical abilities, and willingness to travel internationally.
4.Ability to understand design intent, read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, and independently complete control cabinet wiring, power distribution cabinet installation, machine wiring, and circuit debugging.
5.Quick on-site response capability, adaptability to overtime and business travel; strong analytical and summarizing skills, high sense of responsibility, stress resistance, teamwork spirit, and efficient work approach.
