Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the setup, deployment, and ongoing management of payment smart contracts for clients
* Serve as the main point of contact between clients and technical teams regarding smart contract workflows
* Monitor contract execution, transaction flows, and flag any anomalies or issues in a timely manner
* Prepare and maintain clear documentation for each client's smart contract configuration and payment logic
* Assist clients in understanding how their payment contracts function, providing guidance and support throughout onboarding
* Collaborate with developers to translate client business requirements into technical specifications
* Track contract performance metrics and prepare structured reports for internal and client-facing use
* Stay up to date with developments in blockchain infrastructure, payment protocols, and DeFi tooling relevant to client operations
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience working with smart contracts in a coordination, operations, or client-facing role
* Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and how payment smart contracts operate (Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains)
* Comfortable reading and interpreting smart contract logic — full development experience is not required, but technical literacy is essential
* Experience working directly with clients: explaining technical concepts in plain language, managing expectations, and maintaining professional communication
* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
* Familiarity with tools such as Etherscan, Hardhat, Foundry, or similar platforms is an advantage
