We aim to minimise our environmental impact across all our operations and to address societal challenges in the way we conduct our business.We are looking for a Full‐time Client Advisor for our new Serravalle Outlet Pop‐up (6 to 7 month period). As Client Advisor at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take centre stage.CULTURE OF COLLABORATIONWe firmly believe that when you feel supported, included, and trusted, it enables you to enjoy your work and thrive in it. You will be a part of a team of colleagues with diverse roles and backgrounds, each with their unique skills and experiences.WHAT YOU WILL DOYour main contribution will be to care for our customers in the store but also through the whole customer cycle. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting‐edge approach to client experience. You take care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:

Managing and executing omni channel servicesWelcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best‐in‐class client experienceAchieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targetsUpholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory

Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customersAbility to identify customer needs, cross‐sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store sales targetsResponsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner

Specific experience and knowledge for this role

Previous customer‐facing role within the retail or hospitality industryProven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer serviceCustomer relationship management (CRM) and clientelingFluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)
