Requirements
Strong experience in special needs law or closely related legal or academic fields. Deep expertise in trust structures, disability benefits law, and special needs planning. Advanced understanding of Medicaid and SSI regulatory standards. Excellent legal analysis and writing skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
