🚀 Project Manager | European Market | Advanced English
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join high-growth startup environments operating across Europe.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced ecosystems, enjoys building processes from scratch, and is comfortable working with international stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end project management across cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations).
Define project scope, roadmap, milestones, and KPIs.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate distributed and multicultural teams across different European time zones.
Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure strong execution discipline.
Provide clear reporting to founders, leadership, and investors when required.
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in startups or scale-ups.
Proven experience managing digital or tech-driven projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Advanced English (C1/C2 level) – mandatory.
Italian (B1 or higher) – nice to have.
Experience working with remote and international teams.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and leadership skills.
Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthtech, or digital platforms.
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.
Experience working within EU markets.
