About the role:
As Retail Media Advertising Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in expanding our B2B Retail Media sales across two strategic customer segments: marketplace sellers (3P) and media agencies. Redcare Pharmacy already partners with leading 1P brand manufacturers, and your focus will be to scale our advertising business in new growth areas .
Unlike traditional field sales, your role focuses on digital media consulting, campaign strategy, and data-driven advertising solutions. You can work remotely but we would like to meet you in the office in Settala 3x per week .
Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Drive advertising revenue by developing new business with marketplace sellers and converting them into Retail Media advertisers.
* Develop and expand strategic relationships with media agencies, positioning Redcare Pharmacy as a key partner for eCommerce advertising and media campaigns.
* Support the growth of our Retail Media business by expanding our portfolio of 3P sellers and agencies.
* Translate advertiser goals into tailored Retail Media solutions, providing best practices and data-driven recommendations.
* Lead proposal creation, negotiate contracts, and monitor campaigns to ensure client success.
* Stay informed on industry trends in Retail Media and use insights to refine strategies and offerings.
Qualifications
About you:
* 4+ years experience in Retail Media or Digital Media Sales, preferably with retailer, marketplace, or publisher background. Experience with media agencies, eCommerce sellers, or AdTech platforms is a plus.
* Proven ability to acquire and develop B2B advertising clients, pitch media solutions, and close deals.
* Knowledge of campaign metrics (CTR, ROAS), ad formats, targeting, and commerce KPIs.
* Strong relationship-building skills with a structured, consultative approach.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
