Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in client‑facing situations, and capable of expanding our business presence in Italy and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
- Drive sales growth and achieve company targets.
- Support marketing activities, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Provide market insights and contribute to strategy development.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve results.
- Fluent in Italian and English (other languages are a plus).
- Passion for cosmetics, biotech, or skincare industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English is obligatory.
- Spanish is preferred.
