On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Florence:TEAM MANAGER OPERATIONS / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / FLORENCEResponsibilities:- Oversee daily store operations (goods receiving, stock management, replenishment, cash handling)- Lead, coach, and schedule the operations team to ensure optimal performance- Monitor operational KPIs (stock accuracy, shrinkage, productivity, replenishment timing)- Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety, and legal regulations- Optimize stock flow between stockroom and sales floor- Support visual merchandising to ensure proper product presentation- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales and operational targets- Manage stock counts, inventories, and internal audits- Identify and implement process improvements- Ensure a high level of customer service through efficient store operationsThe ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:- Fluent spoken English and Italian- At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands- Business driven and detailed oriented- Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers- Confident, enthusiastic and positive- Problem solving
