This role blends production coordination, creative logistics, and partner support. You’ll manage the photography calendar, help organize shoots, source locations and creatives, and act as the bridge between our brand, photographers, stylists, and external partners. Key Responsibilities - Support the end-to-end coordination of photography productions (editorials, still life, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle). - Manage the production calendar, schedules, call sheets, and timelines. - Liaise with photographers, stylists, models, art directors, and other collaborators. - Coordinate shoot logistics including permits, props, bookings, and post-production delivery timelines. - Support the sourcing and scheduling of partner photography sessions (e.g., featured brands and creatives). - Help allocate and track content needs across our channels (print, web, social). - Maintain production folders and track shot lists and deliverables. Who We’re Looking For - 2-3 years experience in photo production, content coordination, or creative project management. - Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and communication. - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, production tools, calendars, and Google Drive. - Familiarity with creative industries (fashion, design, media, or editorial preferred). - Fluent in English. German or Italian is a plus. - A strong aesthetic sensibility is a plus. Bonus Qualifications (Not Required) - Degree in Photography, Media Production, Visual Arts, Communication, or Cultural Management.
