The original shoe they made, the Sebago Classic beefroll penny loafer, is still handsewn with the finest craftsmanship today, just as it was back then.\n\nWho We're Looking For\n\nFor our Sebago store in Genova, we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants.\n\nAs a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence.\n\nYou will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range.\n\nYou will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.\n\nKey Responsabilities\n\n- Supporting the customer in the sale;\n- Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;\n- Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;\n- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;\n- Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;\n- Managing cashier operations.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities required\n\n- Previous experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field);\n- Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus);\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;\n- Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.\n\nInitial placement on a fixed-term contract, tempo pieno (40 hours per week).\n\nBasicNet is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
