will report directly to the COO and will be responsible for overseeing the integrated progress of the CMH1 project, coordinating engineering, procurement, permitting, construction, commissioning and plant start‑up activities. /p pThe role involves a strong operational and multidisciplinary coordination component, with a particular focus on the management of technical project procurement and on the interface with internal teams, suppliers, contractors and external engineering companies. /p pThe selected person will work closely with: /p ul liTechnical Office Manager /li liInternal technical project master plan, schedule, milestones, deliverables and progress reporting. /li liCoordinate internal and external technical interfaces, ensuring traceability and follow‑up of activities. /li liSupervise external detailed engineering activities, including: ul liMechanical and plant engineering /li liElectrical and automation engineering /li liCivil and building works /li /ul /li liDirectly manage the project’s technical procurement activities, including: ul liDefinition of technical specifications /li liIssuing RFQs /li liCollecting and comparing offers /liliVendor evaluation /li liTechnical and commercial negotiation /li liIssuing purchase orders /li liExpediting /li liDelivery control /li liTechnical documentation management /li /ul /li liEnsure consistency between design,
