Responsibilities
1. DCS maintenance HW & SW
2. Installation of the control system’s software and hardware Upgrades and Migrations
3. Technical Support for Customers
4. System diagnosis: Diagnosis and escalation for rectification of issues in application software
5. Maintains test equipment in good and working condition
6. Handle required administration
7. Shares technical knowledge within colleagues
8. Report progress of each service project/activities and issues to FSM
9. May require carrying out site work and international assignments from time to time
10. Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvement within service team
11. Ensures that all electronic waste disposal is according to legislation
12. Complies with Corporate, local, Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
Key Skills and qualifications
High Knowledge of Honeywell HPS Systems hardware platforms H igh knowledge in Microsoft Server and Windows applications High level of Cyber Security awareness (McAfee, Symantec) Good knowledge and experience in hardware assembly process Knowledge on English language is must. (Technical and communication level) Good knowledge of ISO requirements Good knowledge about HSE Requirements
