Job Overview We are looking for a highly qualified Business Analyst with experience in Big4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) and excellent command of English to join our team. Department : Corporate Finance Type of contract : Full-time - Permanent contract Report to : CFO Key Responsibilities Business plan development: work with the CFO to develop detailed business plans for new acquisitions and projects. Participate in preparing bid documents for mergers and acquisitions. Conduct financial due diligence: review financial statements, business performance, and potential risks to support decision-making. Other activities include: Budgeting and Forecasting: participate in corporate budgeting and produce periodic forecasts to monitor financial performance. Financial Analysis: analyze cash flows, costs, profitability, and operating performance to support management decisions. Requirements At least 5 years of experience at a Big4 firm or similar in M&A, corporate finance, or due diligence projects. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; a master's in finance or M&A is a plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills.
