Ph3Be an Essential Part Of Everyday Life /h3 pbDHL Supply Chain /b is the global leader in contract logistics, committed to delivering innovative, high-value solutions to its customers. /p pbWe are currently looking for a Controller (Open Book Controller) /b dedicated to a strategic customer based in bAlessandria /b with periodic business trips to our HQ in Milan. /p pThis role ensures accurate and transparent financial management of Open Book contracts by developing and maintaining tariff models in line with contractual agreements. /p pActing as a key business partner to Operations and Contract Management, the bController (Open Book Controller) /b ensures alignment between operational performance, financial results, and contractual structures, with direct interaction with the customer. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and manage Open Book tariff models in line with contractual agreements /li liPrepare monthly Open Book invoices and support the approval process with the customer /li liDeliver detailed financial reporting to the client, ensuring accurate cost allocation consistent with contractual structures /li liPerform monthly variance analysis versus Budget and Forecast, focusing on costs and operational drivers (e.g., FTEs, volumes, productivity) /li liManage quarterly and annual true-up processes, ensuring reconciliation between reporting and accounting data /li liCertify recharged costs based on service contracts, purchase orders, and supplier invoices, in coordination with Accounting, Operations, and Support Functions /li liSupport audits performed by the customer or external auditors /li liLead the Open Book budgeting and forecasting process, including what-if analyses on volumes and cost drivers /li liContribute to DHL Supply Chain reporting, planning, and forecasting cycles /li liDrive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives within the contractual framework /li liAct as a business partner to Operations and Contract Managers, providing ad hoc financial analysis and support for both internal stakeholders and the customer /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liDegree in Economics or a related field /li liAt least 10 years of experience in Controlling /li liSolid experience in cost center controlling (profit center exposure is a plus) /li liSolid Knowledge of Accountancy principles and treatmentsBackground in structured and complex environments; experience in contract logistics is an advantage /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office /li liFluent English, both written and spoken /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liProblem solving: structured and solution-oriented approach focused on achieving targets /li liTeamwork: strong cross-functional collaboration skills /li liDecision making: ability to assess alternatives and take informed decisions /li liResilience: ability to operate effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
