Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Service Technician to join our technical department.
This is a full-time position requiring a professional capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the machinery: from the internaloverhaul process in our workshopto the installation, commissioning, and repair of equipment at client sites.
This role involves advanced diagnostics and complex troubleshooting on used machinery to ensure operational excellence and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electricaloverhauling and testingof used sheet metal machinery at our headquarters.
Execute on-site installation, startup, and testing of industrial equipment.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with strict safety standards.
Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Provide detailed technical reporting and documentation of all service and overhaul activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Expertise:Proven experience (5+ years) in industrial automation or machinery maintenance, specifically within thesheet metal sector(shears, panel benders, punching machines, etc.).
Technical Proficiency:Ability to interpret complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings and schematics.
Problem Solving:Exceptional analytical skills, particularly in refurbishing and adapting used machinery.
Mobility:Full availability for travel.
Assignments include both daily trips within the region and week-long travel to national or international client locations.
Language:Proficiency in English is considered a significant advantage for international operations.
