Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the Customer Operation team by reacting to customer inquiries. This position reports to: EL Customer Operations Manager Your responsibilities: - Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue. - Monitoring the status of orders. - Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation. - Supporting the customer and act with integrity during the purchasing activities. - Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification, manage a correct flow with internal stakeholders. - Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas. Your background: - An agile and proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues. - A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills. - Fluent spoken and written English and Italian. - Preferential knowledge of SAP, Sales Force and Excel. - Good relations skills.
