Job Description:CONFIGURATION CONTROLLERThe configuration controller is a technician responsible for managing the "as planned" production configuration and ensuring compliance with the "as designed" technical configuration defined by the SDR. They produce relevant technical data and support the compilation of documentation necessary for helicopter delivery.Main Responsibilities:Process planning and schedulingAnalyze the applicable "As to be Built" configuration issued by the SDR and define the compliant "As Planned" configuration for implementation by the systems methodists in the relevant SMCs.Support Certifying Staff by providing the status of the "As Planned" configuration compared to the "As Designed".Analyze requirements defined by the Airworthiness SDR (Directive, Service Bulletin, PTA) related to the helicopter product, managing related operating instructions documentation.Act as the contact person for production within the modification committee, coordinating impact analyses with systems methodists and defining incorporation points.Provide business partners and the Supply Chain with data set design documentation, supply specifications, etc.Ensure compliance with company regulations and procedures, resolving internal conflicts effectively.Facilitate transfer of information between users through effective communication tools.Assist in drafting drawing modification requests (C.R.), analyzing non-conformity reports (QN, AR), and supporting technical solutions.Knowledge requirements include:Components and parts of a helicopterSpecific technical documentationStructural characteristics of common materials (steel, aluminium, carbon fibre, etc.) and manufacturing tolerancesSector regulations (ISO standards, EASA, ENAC, safety, quality, etc.)Requirements:Qualification: Degree in Engineering (preferably Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrotechnical) or Technical high school diploma.Experience: Junior/Expert (1-5 years) with knowledge of mechanical/electrical production processes, testing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems, and familiarity with main processes, equipment, and specifications.Languages: EnglishIT Skills: Office suiteSoft Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, customer orientationOther: Willingness to travelLocation: IT - Vergiate.
