We are seeking a Support Customer Communication Management specialist to join our team in Bologna, Italy. Please note, this is a temporary position.
What will you be doing?
* Sending formal communication to customers via Legal Mail in two phases:
- Preliminary starting June 2025;
- Final starting September 2025.
* Communicating with specific customer groups:
- Main customer database (undifferentiated);
- Private customers with open backlog;
- Public customers with open backlog;
- Public customers with open bids.
* Sending targeted communications during different phases.
Main responsibilities:
* Coordinate with Vertiv Italy offices to verify and manage customer lists across phases.
* Update customer databases, mainly legal mail addresses.
* Ensure all customers receive relevant communications throughout the process.
* Manage letter issuance via legal mail, handle delivery issues and responses.
* Assist in providing additional information to customers and act as a liaison among Vertiv offices.
What will make you successful?
* High school diploma.
* Fluency in the local language.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in database management is a plus.
* Strong administrative skills and teamwork attitude.
* Excellent communication skills, especially in dealing with customers.
