What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…
* HR Advisory and Support: provide guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
* Contribute to an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
* Research & Selection: job posting, head hunting, CV screening, phone calls, interviews.
* Support the implementation of Chart’s HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent application and compliance with local regulation
* Coordinate training activities and maintain employee development plans to help employees achieve their career goals.
* Design and deliver engagement activations that enhance motivation, well‑being, and belonging.
* Design and conduct orientation programs for new hires to help them understand the company culture, policies, and procedures
* Internal communication: preparing organizational communications upon request, updating the organization chart.
* Facilitate reporting and information exchange.
* HR Administrative tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR Generalist roles
Fluent knowledge of English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Knowledge of SAP Success Factors is considered a plus.
Team working attitude.
Result oriented approach.
Demonstrated maturity, professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
