Position
Junior Product Developer – Gloves (Moto Apparel, Asolo)
Main Responsibilities
* Support the team on a wide range of technical product development duties such as drafting, completing, and checking BOMs, cost file maintenance, and PLM related activities.
* Involved in material related activities, checking material quality upon arrival, and following up on related testing activities.
* Engage in suppliers’ management actions, building solid working relationships with them.
* Support items quality checks and fittings, further developing technical skillset.
Requirements
* Educational background in Technical Product Development within the Sportswear and/or Performance wear fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) and in Illustrator.
* Fluency in English.
* Proactive, enthusiastic and collaborative approach to work, solid communication skills and assertiveness.
* Previous experience in developing technical gloves considered a strong plus.
* Experience with BOMs and PLM systems considered an asset.
* Work hours flexibility considered a strong asset (close collaboration with US offices).
* Pattern Making skills and/or experience considered a strong plus.
* Interest in Motorsports and/or MTB sectors considered a strong plus.
