Your tasksYour main task will be to ensure maximum satisfaction for our clients and partners in Italy.This includes the following aspects:Preparing, organizing, and delivering in-person and remote training sessions, primarily for agricultural expertsAccompanying agricultural experts in the field to help them fully utilize our mobile applicationAnswering customer questions, gathering user feedback, and notifying our development team of any bugs or usability issues (phone and email support)Maintaining and nurturing relationships with our various clients and partnersManaging access, updating our databases, and performing translationsMonitoring the activity of the expert network and regularly checking data qualityParticipating in the collection of field observations
In addition, you will also be involved in:Actively participating in the improvement of our products and the development of new servicesParticipating in international agriculture-related projects (risk management, climate change, carbon credits, etc.), including delivering training abroad based on your language skillsAssisting us on various studiesand research projects, depending on your aptitude for data managementand processing, and statistics.
Your ProfileYou have training or professional experience in the agricultural sector and are familiar with the field.You are fluent in Italian (C2 level) and have excellent communication skills in this language and fluent in English (B1/B2).
