Role Description: We are seeking an experienced AS/400 Programmer Analyst with expertise in the EDI area, responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of electronic integration solutions with our business partners. The selected candidate will work closely with the IT team and business departments to ensure the efficiency and reliability of EDI processes. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the AS/400 platform. Develop, test, and maintain EDI applications and interfaces with external systems. Manage EDI communications with business partners, ensuring accurate data transmission. Support troubleshooting activities and resolve issues related to EDI integrations. Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize processes and implement improvements. Document developed solutions and keep operational procedures up to date. Requirements: Proven experience as an analyst/programmer on the AS/400 (iSeries) platform. In-depth knowledge of EDI systems and main standards (EDIFACT, X12, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid experience with programming languages such as RPG, CL, SQL on AS/400. Experience developing web services in RPG. Experience with communication procedures using FTP/SFTP protocols. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent written and spoken English, to interact with international partners and teams.
