Overview
In this role you join the Procurement team to drive end-to-end purchasing and sourcing for a global group of premium schools. You will collaborate with school representatives, corporate functions, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective, sustainable procurement and strong supplier relationships. You will manage category purchasing cycles, support negotiations, monitor market trends, and contribute to budget control and KPI reporting. This position blends procurement excellence with a focus on sustainability and cross-functional impact in a fast-growing education environment.

- Maintain relationships with school representatives and corporate functions
- Plan and manage purchases with internal teams to avoid issues
- Support requirements gathering, supplier selection, and sourcing model definition
- Manage purchasing cycle for assigned categories (scouting, qualification, selection, negotiation, contracting, monitoring)
- Assist in negotiations on terms (prices, payments, lead times, service standards, availability) and apply standards
- Monitor contract performance and renegotiation opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships on cost and supply matters
- Develop and maintain supplier network and assess performance and compliance (certifications, sustainability)
- Track market trends and price developments to identify risks and savings
- Assist in budget management and cost control
- Create Excel and PowerPoint reports for KPIs and business cases
Responsabilità
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving attitude
- Strong data analysis, innovation, and goal achievement orientation
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Excel for cost analysis)
- In-depth knowledge of management/ERP software, JDE or other procurement systems
- Interest and passion for Artificial Intelligence (AI)
