About this opportunity As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing multiple EMEA payrolls with our international payroll provider. You will have the opportunity to improve and implement EMEA payroll processes, including procedures and special projects. You will know you have done a great job when you and the team deliver a world-class payroll service. You will work closely with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners, HR Admin, and Accounting) to achieve this. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will Manage and own the accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll for multiple EMEA countries, according to SLA’s and KPI’s. Review payroll data for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with Accounts Payables and vendors to ensure correct and timely payments. Prepare and process journal entries and reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts. Provide account analysis for variances in payroll accounts. Collaborate with the accounting department on payroll-related matters. Ensure SOX compliance by adhering to controls. Support internal and external auditors as required. Suggest improvements to third-party vendor services. Implement statutory and company benefits in payroll systems. Participate in international cross-functional projects. Maintain and improve payroll processes, procedures, and policies. Handle payroll-related inquiries effectively and timely, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. In this role, you’ll need Experience in payroll processing. Strong communication skills across all levels. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, adaptable to a dynamic, multicultural environment. Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus. Knowledge of payroll tax, SOX, and accounting requirements. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Sound like a good fit? Great!
