Let’s grow better, together. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe are seeking a highly motivated bSales Admin Team Leader /b to join our busy Italian team, based in either bRome or Milan /b. /p pThe sales admin team's core tasks include pre-sale work including the administration associated with supporting new client offers, managing tenders, and handling maintenance or recurring revenue contracts. They are also responsible for building complex orders for new parking/payment machines, including checking production, delivery, installation, and invoicing of pay stations. /p pThis is a pivotal role for a professional with bproven experience in leading a small team /b and a solid background in sales administration or tender management. We are not looking for high seniority, but rather an "early-to-mid career" professional who is hungry to make an impact, optimize administrative workflows, and implement new, efficient processes. /p pA bbusiness-level command of the English language /b is a mandatory requirement to succeed in this international environment. /p h3About you /h3 ul lipbLeadership Experience: /b Prior experience successfully leading a small team, with the ability to motivate staff and manage diverse administrative tasks. /p /li lipbDomain Expertise: /b Strong professional background in sales administration or tender management. /p /li lipbOperational Mindset: /b Demonstrated ability to organize complex administrative work and a track record of implementing process improvements to drive efficiency. /p /li lipbBusiness English: /b Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must for navigating international business requests and internal communications. /p /li lipbProactive Attitude: /b A "change-maker" mindset with high motivation to take ownership of the administrative function and evolve it alongside the businesses. /p /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul lipAdvanced proficiency in ERP systems and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar). /p /li lipStrong professional background in sales administration or tender management. /p /li lipExperience managing public sector tenders and understanding local procurement language in Italy. /p /li lipKnowledge of basic financial terms such as revenue recognition and discount structure. /p /li /ul ul lipThis role can be based in our offices in either Milan or Rome.
