Job Description:
Gi Group SpA, an authorized employment agency, is seeking Electromechanical Maintenance Technicians / Maintenance Managers for Ferrero in Belgium.
The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and equipment used in production through corrective and scheduled maintenance, focusing on electrical and electronic systems.
The ideal candidate has a background in electrical, electronic, or robotics fields, understands industrial automation principles, and is skilled in corrective maintenance, diagnosing, and resolving electrical/electronic faults on hardware components of production lines.
Additional experience in industrial automation, programming of plant software, and knowledge of machine programming languages will be considered a plus.
Key skills include analysis, practical sense, problem-solving, initiative, flexibility, stress management, confidence, teamwork, and a strong motivation to relocate and build a professional and personal project abroad within a structured international environment.
The company offers a permanent contract, with a salary and conditions aligned with the role and local cost of living. The company will cover expenses for a French language course, initial accommodation, and support for independent housing arrangements. Candidates will be supported throughout the selection process, with travel expenses covered by the company.
