Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Warmly greeting and elegantly seating guests at the bar, efficiently managing any waiting list.
* Handling all incoming calls for reservations and inquiries with utmost professionalism and precision.
* Coordinating effortlessly with the bar and service staff to ensure timely seating and attentive service.
* Maintaining a pristine and organized host stand and the inviting entrance area of the bar.
* Assisting guests with any special requests or needs, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious visit.
* Providing insightful information about the bar's exquisite menu, signature cocktails, and unique concept.
* Collaborating harmoniously with the entire bar team to ensure a smooth, refined, and memorable guest experience.
* Anticipating guest desires and proactively addressing them to elevate their visit to an art form.
Requirements
What You Bring:
* Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest service.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
* Impeccable personal presentation and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
