Station Manager
to lead its Taranto (TAR) operation and act as the primary local representative for AES with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
You will be responsible for the
day-to-day management of the station, oversight of local subcontracted activities, customer relationship management, contract execution, and operational performance.
The role requires close coordination with internal AES departments, local service providers, and customer representatives to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
Your missions will be as follows.
Serve as the primary AES point of contact at the TAR station.
Manage the day-to-day operation and ensure contractual commitments are met.
Oversee the performance of local suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with AES and customer requirements.
Maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
Coordinate operational activities and support the resolution of day-to-day issues.
Monitor station performance, costs, and operational KPIs.
Support monthly reporting, customer reviews, and contract governance activities.
Coordinate invoicing activities with AES Finance and ensure timely resolution of billing questions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety requirements.
Support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. xjrgpwk
Represent AES during customer meetings and operational reviews.
