This position offers meaningful impact by accelerating scientific and procedural growth within a patient‐centered mission.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and engage high‐potential rising stars and emerging KOLs in TAVIDesign and lead tailored educational and development pathwaysAct as strategic connector across countries and functions to collaborate with EdwardsBuild sustainable expert pipelines and identify future proctorsShape the future of interventional cardiology through structured engagement and innovationTrack activities and report progress by country; collect and act on feedbackRefine the NextGen strategy, segmentation, and scoring in collaboration with leadershipCreate a NextGen working group for ideation on healthcare in interventional cardiology, technology, research and trainingLead dedicated eventsQualificationsUniversity degree; solid professional experience in Interventional Cardiology with knowledge of transcatheter procedures such as TAVIFluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantageAbility and willingness to travel internationally up to 60% of the time
