RIASSUNTO DELLA POSIZIONE Assicura la gestione amministrativa delle presenze per l’elaborazione corretta del cedolino e garantisce un corretto adempimento degli obblighi di legge / contrattuali. Si occupa di accogliere e gestire le richieste dei dipendenti legate al payroll. COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA’ LEGATE AL RUOLO - Gestisce le procedure di assunzioni, proroghe e dimissioni (es: iscrizione all’ufficio di collocamento, assicurazioni INPS, INAIL, inserimento in anagráfica su data base paghe, etc.) - Gestisce la rilevazione presenze e passaggi in mensa, attraverso: - scarico delle timbrature giornaliero verificando eventuali anomalie; - controllo mensile delle presenze (cartellino mensile) e verifica, trasmissione ai colleghi del Bac; - Gestisce l’anagráfica dei dipendenti (assunzioni, dimissioni, modifiche, scatti anzianità,) e invia report degli aggiornamenti a HR per aggiornamento; - Prepara le lettere relative a variazioni contrattuali e aumenti retributivi, lettere di assunzione; - Mantiene aggiornato lo scadenziario dei dipendenti - Si occupa della gestione amministrativa del personale somministrato e verifica che le fatture siano corrette - Support gli altri Dipartimenti con estrazioni/comunicazioni relative alla movimentazione del personale; - Gestisce le attività legate alle denunce di infortunio e malattie; - Supporta I dipendenti nella conoscenza e utilizzo del Welfare Aziendale e delle convenzioni sanitarie. REQUISITI ED ESPERIENZE PREGRESSE - Diploma di scuola superiore; - Conoscenza base della lingua Inglese; - Esperienza pregressa a contatto con il pubblico; - Conoscenza di materie HR/payroll; - Conoscenza di gestionali ambito HR (Zucchetti) e Pacchetto Office; - Preferibile corso in Paghe e Contributi o Gestione Risorse Umane; KPI - Chiusura del cartellino nel rispetto dei tempi.
