In this role, you will be responsible for: Back-end development, writing highly accessible and maintainable backend code, and implementing well-structured, reliable APIs in a complex problem domain. Collaborating closely with our cloud product team and UX design team to build new features. What you'll do Design, develop, test, and deploy production services and systems serving thousands of users 24/7. Work closely with Architecture, DevOps, Security, and Compliance teams to achieve company goals. Facilitate collaboration with platform engineers, product engineers, and cross-functional teams to solve challenging problems and deliver customer value. Ensure systems are future-proof and scalable. Be an autonomous, collaborative team member and a problem solver. Who you are Minimum 6 years of experience in designing, building, testing, debugging, and maintaining large-scale, high-throughput microservices-based systems. Experience in building enterprise SaaS platforms and applications is a plus. Strong understanding of distributed computing, streaming systems, relational and NoSQL databases. Hands-on experience with Java, SpringBoot / Micronaut, Kafka, Spark Streaming, Redis, Elasticsearch, MySQL. Experience with multi-model services, multi-protocol integration, REST, gRPC, Avro / Protobuf, Parquet / Arrow. Knowledge of authentication, authorization, tenancy, configuration, vault management, tokenization, payments. Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform. Experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS. Familiarity with observability, debugging, and problem-solving tools like Grafana, Kibana. Comfort with large-scale production systems, APIs, gateways, orchestrators, load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, security. Enthusiasm for software engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD. Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, remote, globally distributed environment.
