Position
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Deep Learning Engineer to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in neural networks, transformers, and large language models (LLMs). Responsibilities include developing innovative projects focused on pre-trained models and end-to-end training of neural networks with Encoder or Decoder architectures.
Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and implement advanced deep learning models.
2. Conduct end-to-end training of neural networks using Encoder or Decoder architectures.
3. Optimize model performance and efficiency.
4. Collaborate with other teams to integrate AI solutions into company products.
5. Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in deep learning.
Requirements
1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience in developing and training deep learning models.
3. Deep knowledge of neural networks, transformers, and LLMs.
4. Experience with Encoder and Decoder architectures.
5. Documented experience in a corporate environment, preferably banking.
6. Ability to analyze, implement, and present results to business stakeholders.
7. Experience with computer vision or multimodal models.
8. Ability to work independently and in teams.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
