Key Responsibilities
- Analyze logistics and supply chain challenges across different industries
- Research best practices in transportation, warehousing and supply chain visibility
- Evaluate trends in digitalization, sustainability and intermodal transportation
- Support the development of FlaxVision™ concepts and future platform features
- Participate in discussions with logistics, supply chain and operations professionals
- Review and interpret operational data and performance indicators
- Contribute to articles, reports and industry insights
- Help identify opportunities for process improvement and network optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Planning or Industrial Engineering
- Good understanding of supply chain processes and transportation flows
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and digital business tools
- Professional English language skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP, WMS or TMS systems
- Knowledge of ESG, sustainability reporting or intermodal transportation
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools
