Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive profitable relationships with Retail HNW clients, expanding portfolios through wealth management solutions. You will collaborate with Investment Consultant teams to offer personalized financial services and support PB segment growth. The position sits within a collaborative, development-focused culture that values digital-first banking. You will help raise market presence and contribute to achieving individual and team targets in a sales-driven environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Build and deepen client relationships to generate revenue within wealth management.
* Market and cross-sell wealth and consumer products (mortgages, credit cards) to new and existing PB clients.
* Grow the customer base via referrals and personalized advisory services.
* Acquire and expand Priority Banking relationships in line with PB goals.
* Collaborate with Product Owner and Investment Consultant to provide proactive financial services to affluent clients.
* Support Centre Manager in promoting market presence and achieving targets.
Responsabilità
* Diploma or Degree in any field
* Required licenses: PCE (Life); PCE (General); CIELI; FIMM/FMUTM; IPPC advantageous
* Passion for success in a sales-driven environment
* Good knowledge of wealth products (Unit Trust, Bancassurance, Structured Products, Dual Currency Investments)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
