As Advisor you will support Gucci Osteria to give its clients a state of the art experience. Specifically you will be the first point of contact for our guests and you will welcome customers, manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure a positive clients' experience from arrival to departure.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
* Greet guests warmly as they arrive and accompany them to their tables
* Manage reservations via phone, online platforms, and walk-ins.
* Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide wait time estimates.
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and daily reports.
Job Requirements
* At least one year of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. Previous experiences in luxury contexts will be highly prioritized.
* Fluent English and Italian
* Good interpersonal and organizational skills
* Spontaneity and genuineness, with the ability to be discreet and professional when required
* Working time flexibility
* Team-working skills
* Able to work in a fast paced and luxury environment, with the ability of managing multiple priorities
